Apartments for Seniors in Binghamton

Downtown Binghamton is one of the more walkable small downtowns in the Northeast for someone who has stopped driving or is starting to drive less. Pharmacies on Court Street, multiple bus routes, medical offices a few blocks away.

A handful of our units are specifically suited for seniors — ground floor where possible, elevator access where not, no narrow staircases. Two of our buildings have elevators (88 Front and the Court Street Block). The other six are walk-ups, but we have ground-floor units in most.

We accept Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) applications. We do not raise rent more than 3-4% at renewal. If you have been a tenant for five-plus years, we cap renewal increases at 2%.
