Why a downtown landlord runs a parking lot.

Downtown Binghamton was laid out before the car. Most of the buildings we own went up between 1898 and 1924, when a horse and a sidewalk got you where you needed to go. The result, in 2026, is a downtown rich in original architecture and short on legal off-street parking.

We bought the lot at 91 Front Street to solve that for our own tenants first. It is two blocks from the Walter's Shoe Store Building, three from 88 Front, five from 8 Main, and ten minutes on foot from anything else in the portfolio. Tenants get first claim on monthly spots. The rest of the lot is open to anyone working, eating, or visiting downtown.

We run it ourselves. No third-party manager, no surge pricing, no disappearing-spot drama. The rate is $1 per hour or $100 per month, every month, every year.

Two ways to pay.

Monthly: $100/mo. Reserved numbered spot, autopay, no time limit. Sign up at BinghamtonParking.com.

Hourly drop-in: $1/hr flat. Pay at the on-site ParkID kiosk, credit card only, or via the app. Stay as long as you need.

Where it is.

91 Front Street, Binghamton, NY 13905. Between Court Street and the Susquehanna, on the west side of Front. The lot is fenced and well-lit at night. Cameras cover both entrances.
